Возникает ошибка при обращении к COM+ такого вида:

Немного поискав нашел, что не только у меня, но так и не нашел никакого решения, переустанавливать Com+ Catalog, как предлагается
здесь не хотелось бы (может и не решить проблему), делать Repair из консоли восстановления?
Подскажите может кто сталкивался с такой проблемой и нашел ее решение.
